My own experience with birth transformed when I had a doula by my side. Having someone who knew me, listened to my preferences, and stayed by my side throughout labour showed me what it means to feel truly supported.
As your birth doula, my role is to empower you and your partner with birth preparation, pain management techniques, advocacy support, and continuous physical & emotional presence.
Loving Hands is a pre-approved Carrot Fertility postpartum support provider. Receipts can also be submitted to private health insurers (e.g., Irish Life), depending on your plan
